Antrim Coast & Causeway Tour
Let your adventurous spirit run wild and travel with us along the beautiful Antrim Coast road an area of outstanding natural beauty – driving through the quaint little seaside villages nestling at the foot of the green glens of Antrim, a land of fairies and mythological tales. Home to the Giants Causeway, a world heritage site built by the Irish giant Finn McCool so he could go and fight his Scottish adversary or on the other hand a site of specific scientific interest, dating back 60 million years.
For the more adventurous is a visit to the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge swinging 80ft above the thundering Atlantic – for the less faint hearted a visit to the Bushmills whiskey distillery might just give you the encouragement you need. We can’t finish a trip to the Causeway without a visit to the ruins of the 16th century beautifully romantic Dunluce castle, the Antrim home of the McDonnells of the isles.
